First Time Clients / Receiving a New Service

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out any paperwork if it is your first visit or receiving a service that you've never had at elite beauty bar before. We want to have all of the necessary information to ensure the best experience possible!

Cancellation / No show policy  

Please allow a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. Cancelations can be done by phone or text for your convenience. Cancellations on same day and no-show clients will be charged 100% of the requested service. The elite beauty bar offers services by appointment only. Appointments ensure that you are choosing your service  provider and that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens from time to time but please be respectful of our time and allow us time to book someone else in your timeframe if you are unable to make it. THANKS!

Late Arrival

Arriving late for an appointment may result in a modified appointment or have to be rescheduled. Please call or text as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate  you as long as it allows our technicians to be on time for following appointments. 

Payments / Gratuity

Accepted forms of payment are cash, and all major credit cards. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. 

Refunds

There are no refunds on any services, however we will do our best to correct and/or address any concerns regarding your service. We will accept any unused and unopened products within 14 days. 

Right of Refusal

We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary.
